Color: Dark brown
Taste: Definitely some caramel flavors, maybe even dark cherry hints at the finish. Not a ton of carbonation, but it serves its purpose of getting the flavors to your palette. This tastes very run of the mill as a stand-alone soda. That being said, it is made for a BBQ joint in Seatle. I can definitely see this pairing great with a brown sugar and spiced dry rub, or a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Too bad I wasn't able to try it in this setting as I'd probably be singing a different tune. As it is, shmeh I say, shmeh.
